Still a long way to go, but doable. The point is that an IDCC win at the appeals court
would put Nokia back in jeopardy, and I don't mean Alex Trebec.

Good point! I should have said Nokia would be at risk of cease & desist if they lose the appeal. Thanks for the correction.
