I didn't say Nokia would never settle. I just said they would never settle while they have the upper hand. Which they do...

IDCC must win the appeal...

I did initally feel after the adverse decision no one would sign with IDCC. I was wrong. They have managed to sign a few small licenses. However, they have yet to sign a Tier 1. I will be more impressed if they can sign LG, MOT, or SE to a license without Nokia.
