Fair observation - I personally know what I need to see when I go to the store. I bring these points up because my roomate recently bought a few lightbulbs from Walmart and said he just picked up the cheapest set of CFLs he found. I know you will always have buyers like that, but something does need stand out on the shelves to get people like him to pay the extra 25 or 50 cents for the ionizer.
