They are trying to do a public company upgrade, it is against SEC regulations to "condition the market" (SEC wording) by making announcements. If you do not like the communication from the company, (and obviously you do not because you have said so every week for over 2 months), make a phone call, that is what people do.
Call the company, Investor relations has been hired to communicate with investors, you are an investor, so basically IR is on YOUR payroll..
One last thing, just because the company is not releasing press releases right now is not a negative, it is actually a positive.
