I think there were a many factor of things. One being that they claimed to have the hyper spectro tech, but turns out they had no plane to carry it from what i was told, 2nd was Goodin (sorry if spelled wrong) 3rd back years ago the were supposedly "aquiring" rights to certain land area to map, but no information was supplied that they actually did any "real" work.......
