Mr Celia would not walk away from a $800,000 plus comp agreement under any circumstances. Maybe he joined the Mets, Knicks, Giants, Rangers, CBS and SEC in Lawsuit City. At $30,000 per month, maybe he got tired of a Mosky DEFERRED Comp plan. "Sorry Wayne Baby, no money in the bank, maybe next month. How about some SPNG stock Big Guy. As Good as GOLD Brother."

The only decent guy in the organization. IMHO
