Getting in circular and obfuscational arguments as to who bears what responsibility does not change the fact that this is an ex-company.
While I personally believe that Steve should be charged as well, none of the bickering back and forth here changes the fact that Sulja, the publicly traded company in which people invested, is, as I said above; dead, deceased, done, finito, kaput, pushing up the daisies.
Why you insist in throwing so many red herrings into the fray is a mystery to me. If it gives you some sort of perverse pleasure that is fine, but none of your needling and wheedling will change the fact that SLJB was nothing but a scam.
