This was a scam from the get-go. Talbot has long since moved on to his next scam (NWGC) but still tries to scalp a few bucks from MSITF if the opportunity arises.

That said, you might want to put in a GTC at .0001 to see if there are any nibbles. If you do, let us know the result. Otherwise, write it off.
