ERHC, Manti I hadn't thought of that angle as far as the suit is concerned, but it would make a lot of sense! I also agree that the "big boys" and their cronies are doing whatever the heck they want, as always on the stock markets... I guess we'll learn a few things from the 10-K but other than that we're mostly kept in the dark and you can bet that there is a LOT going on these days behind the scenes right now (which of course results in people getting even more at each other's throat on RB, what a shame that the more decent and reasonable ones still haven't migrated here, we certainly could have more civilized and productive discussions and sharing of info. Oh well.)
