Alamo got your PM... basically with the card I pay a flat fee of $96 a year. Its not insurance, it's a discount card. Their website lists the dentists that accept the card so I have to use one from the list. I've saved mucho $$$ on everything from cleanings to xrays to having my kids' wisdom teeth pulled. Looking at the OWVI website that was discussed yesterday, it appears that there may be a similarity here. The company I am using is based out of Texas. I live in the northeast.
