There is absolutely no way that one can lock up contracts via copyright or patent. Its a ridiculous notion.

Also, who says that there has been a launch in 5 countries? If there has been a launch, which I truly doubt as there has been no verification whatsoever, there's no music being downloaded. I don't even know if he could offer any software for download due to the Oracle situation.
