As it needs to be.

However it should be a simple matter for any company's marketing dept to place "You text WE connect" into their ads. The mutuality of 'WE' is all a company will need to establish a new rapport of responsiveness and 'connectiveness' with their customers, particularly those company's whose internal surveys show that they need 'work' in those attributes.

In fact, maybe we need to trademark that phrase and provide it free of charge to all of our clients? (Fellow Ambassadors this post will be emailed to Mr. Sutton before it's actually posted!)

Now you have it "both ways". The way we market to business and the way business can/should market to its customers.
