Guys, just to make it clear, no buyout is ever happening if company loses money and is on the brink of disaster like DA is. Nobody needs liabilities on their balance sheets. For any remote possibility of a buyout to happen company must show increasing sales, profitability and prospects of future gains (new icons' beverages). And if DA ever shows profitability I would be the one happy camper even without any buyout.
