Hey Boss - Parents of teenagers (a.k.a. Me) are texting more just to keep up. Heck, my son won't even answer his phone when I call. But when I text him, I get an immediate reply. Trust me, more of the crowd is texting everyday and the demographics are covering a broader base. It's kinda like using email vs a phone call. I want to give/get some info, but I don't want to get hung up with a lengthy conversation....
