can just be *enacted* all over again

system has to change in a meaningful way
*imo* for expo to do a r/s ..

they can increase the OS .. i see zero
reasons to do a r/s until they uplist
and i'm not talking the otc bb ..

again .. i'm only interested in why the OS
is actually increased ~ we don't have that
info *currently*
