jrdig7, Much of your statement is simply not true. Amertrade took my Pink Certs back and ETrade has been known to as long as they were the Brokerage Firm who issued them to you, provided you still the same account active. I don't deal with Scottrade, so I really don't care about them.

As far as "not having an overnight effect", well, I'll tell you this.

Having some positive effect in the 3 days that it would take is much better than the 9 months most have waited for nothing, that's for sure.

I Did Not say this would stop FTD's -OR- Naked Short Selling or Cellar Boxing for that matter. I never even mentioned the Illegal methods.

I was very careful to only specify "SHORTING" only.

If all the Real Electronic Shares were pulled in Cert Form, this would FORCE the MM's to Naked Short, FTD -OR- Cellar Short QASP.

Shorting IS NOT illegal.

The "other" methods mentioned above are ILLEGAL!

Be sure you know the specifics of a topic prior to making such statements.
