lesnshawn, since you include my name ...

... you must be replying to my post:

" With the R/S the 5 billion will drop to 50 million.
But the 25 million preferred will still be 25 million.
Total - 75,000,000
Sweet.
For somebody.

and/or

"I agree totally, TotalPackage ...

... this 'stuff' happens in the worst of the pinkies and otcbb stocks, it does NOT happen 'all the time' on the big boards, and with NEOM willingly embedding YAGI's hooks in itself (all apologies for 'they had no choice! wah!' aside) NEOM has been one of the worst of the worst.
Excellent posts.

which was a reply to TotalPackage's post:

""All the time" is a gross overstatement. If you are talking strictly OTC and BB stocks, the statement would be more revelant, but this does not happen on AMEX, NASDAQ, NYSE with any regularity as it would be caught by large insitutional investors that would not allow it to occur and not be rectified.

On a seperate note, appears all interest in the security has disappeared. NEOM trading in the past week is even lower than its average volume.

Appears there is no rabbit and the security will execute the planned R/S on or about 1 May.

(My belief) is that immediately following the R/S there will be a PR covering some possible event and a spike will occur, YA will sell off into it as they dont have to report their dealings after the R/S as they will be below the threshold to report anymore and very soon after YA will give NEOM another cash infusion thus dilluting the longs once again.....ultimately leading to more losses and red for the common whom is unwilling to sell the investment. Until then.....it appears ther is a "silent period"....LOL" by TotalPackage

Your reply with a comment about CEO's etc getting huge stock payouts all the time on all boards has nothing to do with what I said, and doesn't appear to have anything to do with the gist of TP's comments.
