Genisi: so let’s imagine a world where a DNA RNA or any other entity discovered is not patentable.......uh just like the first man who discovered the liver. Would that mean the Gov't would have to pay for all the new identification findings, and enforce the necessity that these properties enter the public domain, in order for science to progress, and those who already paid for their discoveries receive a nice thank you note?
