As a matter of the public docs on the sales of DIcon to Spongetech (8k). DIcon had a license agreement for the patents from HH Brown.
There are many other products from the patents that can be viewed in those docs, One of those patents authored by Celia, is used to make the sponges. Hence, a termination of the license agreement with HH Brown would effectively stop Spongy/Dicon from making the sponges or at least using the patented process.
