all good points dpilon, except for one key comment.
Celia is no longer with Spongetech/Dicon !
Celia gone, HH Brown terminating the license agreement for the patents with Spongetech/Dicon. I think we get the picture where this will end. Oh and BTW for DD just call Dicon and ask for Celia the president and see what happens. Interesting why this was kept quiet, no 8k needed for this key employee ?
