Genisi, Dew and Swampboots: I tried unsuccessively to post
a pdf link to the 153 page MYGN gene patent decision this
past Friday evening that had been forwarded to me by 2 law
colleagues via email. Dew told me privately the link did not
work. I know now I used the wrong technique. I will forward
the email to Dew Monday morning from my office as I have his
email address. There is another technique that Dew and I are
aware of if a pdf link is now on the SDNY pacer site.

The opinion is interesting reading. I will refrain speculating
on how it will fare on appeal.
