ok 2 things....

They are not OUT OF BK they confirmed a plan put forth by Cobalis to repay debts and re organize the company .

The judge agreed to let them do that with pretty stringent goals and requirements.

If they do all that the will emerge out of chapter 11 BK.

Ya wanted to put them in a 7 BK and seize thier assets and close the company know as COBALIS that did not happen the Judge confirnmed the 11...CLSC plan, not Ya's

Second thing when a press release goes out it has to be written based on the facts/order, approved by the board and thier attornies then it can go out..

I'm sure you will see a well written release pretty soon.

This stuff takes a few days to do correctly which CLSC board is commited to do.
