I think selling shares is fine in moderation. The most there could be is a billion and they doubled last year (bad economy) and this year people expect the same, I doubt they sold more then 50-75 million if so a PPS price of 3 cents is still very reasonable. When do you see a company with this many employees have this low of a stock price. Higher then average volume also is pointing towards a move up soon.
