I vote for returning NEW-BOARDS back on HOME-PAGE




I agree.
Make the page longer if you have to.
To not have a place for new boards is flunking basic 101 marketing.

Not sure why you can't make the page longer?
Look at the contest box.

That box looks like a first time website developer.
