The closure of small mines and the consolidation of bigger more profitable mines are well underway.

China Energy is in the cat bird seat related to this massive multi-billion dollar program.

The fact that CHGY is now operating one of the most technologically advanced mines in the world and doing it quite profitably puts them right at the front of the line for new mines being handed over to them at dirt cheap prices.
