IMHO, I would anticipate a 1 to 3 week learning curve on the test equiptment. Any testing done has to have a basis of figures to start with and each area has their own wheather it be EPA, Carb, or what other agency it might be. Conditions will have to be set up for each testing sequence and verified or the results from the testing is compromized and could be considered invalid. After parameters are set, then there will need to be testing done on all types of internal combustion engines; Tractor Trailer, Farm tractors, trucks, automobiles, generators, large stand alone field pump systems, etc. All of this could take time, considering the equiptment will have to be take into the field as some of the equiptment is permanent and not transportable.
