Can someone help me out here...I don't see how a reduction if the equity requirement by the lender is of any benefit other than maybe it allows QASP more flexibility with share structure. The PR states it as this reduction is because of thier delay in funding, as if it is a penalty of some sort.

Can someone fill me in on what I'm missing? How does something like this benefit a shareholder?
