Spoke with Daniel today, 10K and quarter results due soon...

10 K will be filled this week and Quarter soon to follow.

The company is not selling any shares. The shares being sold are from the attorneys and accountants that were paid with shares for their services.

Daniel said he "would be buying shares down here because this is going to dollars." His exact words...

Looks like this will be moving higher next week!!!!
