well if history shows us anything about this company...when things did not materialize they just stopped talking about it period...the fact that this closing has taken so long yet they still say they are confident it will be done is a positive for me...also remember auditors signed off on the year ends consolidated...if they didnt think the deal was going through there is no way they would have signed off on it...so i remain optimistic
