Poopers - anyone that beleives that SPNG is not a really company etc.. doesn't have a clue! However, referring to the stock price, until the 10K comes out, believing the SPNG share price is a scam due to managements misrepresentations is a reasonable position. For example if I sell someone an oz. of gold for 3,000.00 because of some representation I made about the gold; the gold is still gold but I scamed them out of approximately 1,800.00 by having them beleive its worth much more than I know its worth. The 10K or lack there of will ultimatley determine who has the correct position. And the share price will react accordingly.
