Wouldnt be the first time it happened.....i'm still trying to figure out the game being played with the new stock CNBI....someone can sit all day selling at 3.25...and someone is there to buy every share.....funny thing is you cant buy it anymore via online brokers....shares only available in certs or something....amertrade tried to charge me an extra $125 bucks for a small sale I made 2 weeks ago....time will tell i hope...
