Agree, shady deals can be done to pay certain people. But that is why we have the right to sell our shares and not be a part of this company. If we choose to buy in as we have then we must sleep in the bed we make(watch out for fleas). Ask yourself if the money you have invested in this comapny is worth the risk, if not get out or reduce your exposure. It noones fault but yours if this co. doesn't work out. Alot of folks make a decision and when the chips fall the wrong way they look for someone to blame.
Yes you can sue them, but good luck on that venture. If anything we should just hope there is nothing going on, but GRED is a power drug..it turns 100% of the peolple that get infected.. I know first hand, I work in a casino environment and have personally gone to slaughter when I made greddy decisions...
I have never met the ERHE executive team so i can't judge them.
Just because they have not released info doesn't make them bad people..just poor managers..

This project is massive and it will take the planning and work of very smart engineers to overcome the cost of this endeavor..

It takes time....
