PSOL might take a little while to BOOSH, but it's probably worthy of a 2005 watchlist?
They appear to be approaching profitability. They're the billing service proiver for Time Warner Cable's VoIP service, which just completed its rollout of VoIP and is repotedly adding 10,000 customers a week nationally. PSOL's revenue only increased slightly last quarter, but should continue at a good pace throught 2005.
PSOLs current largest customer Metrocall (formerly MTOH) just merged with Arch Wireless to form USA Mobility (USMO). This ads an element of uncertainity that I think is priced into PSOL right now. But I think this event might be good for PSOL. MTOH's CEO will remain the President and CEO of USMO. This is the same CEO that has used PSOL for 12 years now. PSOL's contract with MTOH needs renewed in 01/06....and it seams there might be a good chance PSOL could get a renewal for all USMO's customers by that point in time, which could roughly double PSOL's customer base?
