It turns out it was an Up week from last Thursdays closing price of .23 but ONLY Up by $.0015 and less than Up +1.0%...
Three days Up on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from .23 to .26 and it only took two days to give it all back...Except .0015 of it...
Thursday and Friday showed the Bid Whackers show up again in force...There was a massive number of trades on Thursday that went off BELOW the Bid, and quite a few of them on Friday too...
