Honestly E*Trade is so easy to open. I opened mine in a matter of minutes and wired money from my bank acct and purchased right away. Time is not on your side, I suggest opening an acct with E*Trade and schedule a wire transfer for the amount you want to invest in this stock. Then you can start transferring other items over.
