vinovista I think you fail to realize that the subpoenas simply utilize each and every post the critics post regardless of content.
Much like a blanket being tossed over the entire board with all who say "I love PSGI" being safe and all who say "This looks suspicious" finding themselves as a subpoena recipient.
And that is a fact as many posts of mine that were subpoenaed consisted of simple questions such as "Where can I purchase any of the products listed on the PSGI website?"
No way is that slanderous/libelous or defamatory towards anybody.
The fact is, if you speak out about PSGI, regardless of the truthfullness within the post you should expect to see a subpoena at some point in time.
Another example is the posting of official court documents. Can you explain how that is defamatory?
Better yet, how could Donna include posts claiming they are damaging to her or negative about her that do not even mention her personally? Of the 50+ posts that were subpoenaed from me only 2 of them mentioned her name and both were simple court document posts meant to be DD about Roger that simply mentioned her name as being a defendant in the Michiana case.
So, to say that nondefamatory and/or nonlibelous posts will not be subjected to a subpoena request is outrageous.
If you like, I would be more than happy to supply you with many examples of my own posts that were included in the subpoena to show you that simply by posting any criticism of PSGI you could/should expect to have each and every post you make on this board appear in a subpoena to IHUB.
