Turngate Holdings, Inc. and Georgia Mutual Insurance Company (A Stock Company) are existing entities
now writing over $10,000,000 of direct written premiums in non-standard private passenger automobile
insurance and facilitating over $15,000,000 in additional private passenger automobile insurance
writings. In the last fiscal year, Turngate earned over $2,000,000 in fee income and Georgia Mutual
made over $300,000 in net income. DCT is raising capital to purchase a controlling interest in
Turngate/Georgia Mutual. DCT will then execute a three-pronged growth strategy that is expected to
generate $9.5 million in profit for DCT over the next three years.
