Given the SEC exception to the ASCO policy, we can then deduce with almost total certainty that the clinical data to be presented at ASCO is not BAD data, as such would have to be publicly disclosed under SEC laws. By the way, ASCO is the June conference. The conference next week in Washington is AACR.
