Individuals who purchase JBI, Inc. shares between March 24, 2010 and April 16, 2010, are welcome to attend the AGM on April 24, as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Pre-registration is received at JBI, Inc. offices by 4:00 pm, Friday, April 16, 2010.
2. The shareholder presents the required document to the registration desk between 12:00 and 1:30 pm on April 24.

Registering for the AGM:

In order to attend the Meeting a Shareholder must give prior notice either:
