no they are not forcloseing yet. I only missed one payement to see what happens. I was told it takes 9 months to do the forclosre so I am long way from that. probably will not let it happen but really there is no reason not too. why should i keep losing money on the place almost a grand each month. if i raise the rent the renters will leave and then there is no income.

well it was a countrywide loan then BANK OF AMERICA bought country wide so I quess it would be the same bank.
