Depending on the amount of funds it would potentially generate, it might facilitate the further drilling, feasibility study, etc. of our niobium property. Or it could be put towards finalizing audited financials in efforts to uplist to an exchange such as the TSX-V. Of course, this is just speculation.
FWIW, I don't think Shining Tree will be outright "sold". But it would not surprise me in the least to see a JV on that in the near future. We still need to do some more digging there to get a better idea of the potential value, just as we have been doing at L. Nem.
Scott is no dummy - he is not going to sell a property or enter an agreement until he has an idea what its true value is and can intelligently decide whether a deal is "worth it" or not. Agreed?
