nope I don't qualify for any government help because i was transfered (military) and I don't live in The house I have fixed rate loan and I have never missed a payment. The house value fell so far and so fast the thing is now 100K upside down. I can not rent it for the mortgage either. I am losing 800 each month to keep it from going back to the bank. I simply cannot do it anymore. I have paid the taxes and the insurance is current.

Sucks I don't qualify for any of the bailout or programs if they would just do the principle reduction they are doing for the idiots that took bad loans I would be fine. The bank actually told me I had to miss a payment too to flag the assistance center to help me but since i am current and trying to prevent it from happening they will not talk to me. SO STUPID
