CMKX: My Take, Call it: 'Now it's our turn'

I'm not going to be the wet blanket, but I'm not going to be looking for the toast glasses either.

I haven't scanned the boards for opinions and have to leave to church soon, so I'm responding to the pr language only.

Two things, bottom line:

The deal with NM is still on but it is in the form of a note payable rather than CMKX shares. This can be interpreted 2 ways. Either someone is trying to cash out now because they are not confident CMKX will rise above it's current level, or it is something very good, which like the title says, 'now it is our turn' to find out.

That 'something very good' I refer to is whether the 75,000,000,000 shares are being RETIRED or not. Remember, 30 or 40 billion of those shares were Urban's.

So before I join the bandwagon to conclude this is good news, we have to ask Andy 2 questions..(and the answers should be simple).

****Are the 75 billion shares retired?

If yes, then definitely this is GREAT NEWS and a good sign of things to come.

If no, the question is:

****Will Urban's portion be again owned by him and the remaining shares still classified as 'issued shares'?

Simple questions and simple answers. I'm not sure if anyone has confirmed the above with Andy yet, so I apologize if they have and I simply haven't caught up to it yet.

If not, those are the questions that need to be asked. Who cares if the 75 billion were repurchased if they are to be reissued as part of the float versus retiring them?

Retiring them is excellent news for us. Allowing them to further dilute the float is just the opposite.

I hope very, very much they are being retired!!

Good Sunday all. : )
