A credit to CMKX longs everywhere salut! :) Now if I can understand what it means exactly I'll be a happy camper darn tootin! Anyone have any initial interpretations just how this might effect our bottom line?

75 billion is a head turner granted but not exactly how this all is fitting together or what we can expect from this PR. OK question was anyone intended to understand any of this? LOL! Just curious :)
