If I was the CEO of QASP I would release a PR between 2pm and 3pm so the news could be digested over the weekend and a short-term reaction from the market could be seen.

It would be great to see the buyback start today before the PR so speculators can start buying and/or closely watch QASP before the news hits.

I guess we will wait and see...
