If Mr. Metter needs to sell his SpongeTech shares (the one he personally owns) for payment in another lawsuit related to a different company, he is CERTAINLY NOT HAPPY about it! (losing his own SpongeTech shares at current ridiculously low price)

It must be EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING for him if he is forced to sell his own SpongeTech shares.

I would be SUPER ANGRY if it was indeed my own SpongeTech shares I would be forced to sell.

Maybe it's the case for Mr. Metter? (although it might be shares of any other company than SpongeTech that he has to sell shares... nobody knows)

Note: Exact same thing for Mr. Lazauskas. Must be extremely frustrating being forced to sell a portion of the company he is building and in super growth phase. (although it might be shares of any other company than SpongeTech he has a position into that he has to sell... nobody knows)
