Tainor is not paying attention to the station nor demograpnics of the people working for CLYW...most of the people working for CLYW either have pensions, or have much sideline cash. They also have likely been saving. They are struggling through as necessary to avoid dilution. I would say they are close--im not saying that they will not have a secondary offering but perhaps they are waiting until they have some "Real News", if so the offering price will be considerably higher.
