Did you read the PR today???.. “will satisfy all our DD requirements” really THRR…. The only requirement THRR would have if they were truly offered $114mil +/- for their company would be ” do you mystery buyer have $114+/- mill to pay me for my company” , that’s the only requirement they would have. By saying the buyer has to satisfy them is straight up BS / stall tactics.. April 30 will come and go and there will be no buyer because the could not satisfy THRR’s DD…

We are confident that our potential buyer will satisfy all our due diligence requirements[

They are setting you for the oh this didn't work out PR

The stock is on the slow tick down 5 to 10% a day you will eventually lose
