along similar lines, I received an email response from Dean on March 8th, that made a similar claim about the release of PR's after the receipt / closing of funding. Dean's response follows: "The funding will occur...then over the following five days, acquisitions 3-6 will be closed".

Although PR's are not mentioned specifically in this response, he did mention PR's in response to the question I posed him prior to this response.

I won't hold my breath but interesting if true.
