I see OTCQB with real time level 2. Where do you see OTCBB ?

The upgrade isn't suppose to happen till the other stuff gets PR'd.

This is an example of what I was saying earlier this week.

The OTCQB and now L2 is all really great, but it all needs to be PR'd.
